Let’s meet to go over your health goals!

Are you are ready to commit to your health and take steps towards improving your health? I will make this easy for you by taking everything about your life into consideration.  You will be encouraged to do it at a pace that works for you but will also produce results. There are simple steps we can all take towards achieving our health goals. I will teach you how and why along the way.

We will work together for Two Weeks.

Unlimited text and emails are encouraged so I can support you if you have any questions.

Holistic Nutrition Plan – a plan that shows you the foods that help you achieve optimal health.

Holistic Lifestyle – how to improve your health by looking at all the things in your life that can contribute to your goals.

Herb & Herbal Teas – introduce key herbs that will support your  health goals

Our Meetings:

Discovery Week 1 – Discovery Session to discuss your health goals. (ZOOM Meeting)

After our initial Discovery Session you will send me a completed health history. Once I receive your completed health history, I will begin to create my holistic nutrition recommendations for you.

Start Week 2 – Consultation Session to discuss and learn how to implement my recommendations. (ZOOM Meeting)

Once I complete your holistic nutrition recommendations, we will meet to discuss recommendations and to answer any questions you have to get started. You are encouraged to contact me for as much support needed via text and email.

End Week 2 – Check In (Phone Call)

Its been one week of implementing my recommendations. We will talk to discuss how you are doing and to answer any questions.

*After our two weeks together, you are invited to schedule a follow up check in as needed for $99 within 3 months of our last check in call.
